This resulted in fresh, clean, crisp, and unobtrusive fragrance profiles being the popular nose design of most 90’s fragrances. Giorgio Armani revisited its popular fragrance with the release of Acqua Di Giò Profumo in 2015.

Since the reformulation, the scent has been criticised for not having the same longevity that lasted over eight hours and maintained a sillage of three to four meters.
While the fragrance does last for eight hours, by the eight-hour, the fragrance on the skin is quite faint.
This, however, is not such a big determent for fans of Acqua Di Giò, as it was never known for its potency but was lauded for its subtle, crisp, and fresh scent.

When was Acqua Di Giò Profumo discontinued?
News of the cancellation was confirmed in June 2022, but the news was not shared with a public statement, which has left consumers confused.
However, one Reddit user shared a screenshot of the direct message from Giorgio Armani Beauty USA stating, “I apologize for experiencing difficulties with locating the Acqua Di Giò Profumo.
Regrettably, the fragrance has been phased out.” This means that the public can still purchase the remaining bottles that are in the market.
Can I still buy Acqua Di Giò Profumo?
With the phasing out of the Aqua Di Giò Profumo as of June 2022, this means that while Giorgio Armani Beauty has stopped making the fragrance, there are still bottles available in the market based on how much stock retailers have left.
